F5 LTM 10.2 - Citrix Web Interface 5.4 - Health Monitor

Using this guide I am trying to access the script's but the links do not work. I tried the script at this address: https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/TMSH.BIGIPV11-Citrix-Xen-Desktop-Monitor.ashx, but this is only for LTM v11.

    I am looking for the same information, it seems. In the meantime, even the above link to the v11 guide stopped working. :-(
