Can you tell us what persistence method you are using please? Also, is there anything in the server logs? - KJ_50941

Can you confirm that the clients are getting and sending the persistence Cookie? (You can use LiveHTTPHeaders for FF, HTTPWatch or IEWatch for IE) - What_Lies_Bene1

Also, are the clients using a proxy? Plus, do you have OneConnect enabled? - KJ_50941

ok, now it is working and my session stay, however I am not getting load balnce, always stick to one server. it doesn't load balnce. will one conenct fix it. - What_Lies_Bene1

Persistence overrides load balancing. What's not being balanced, Apache or Weblogic? I ask as you don't really need persistence for the Apache to Weblogic traffic I believe. OneConnect might help but that depends where the issue is.

weblogic servers are not load balanced. I see new conenctions hitting same box every time, we have Source address Pesist on weblogic and cookie on apache site. also since we have 2 VIPS( one Apache, anotehr weblogic? how F5 keep persist between two VIP on F5?

OneConnect would be a good thing for the Apache Virtual Server. I'd recommend you don't use persistence for the Weblogic Virtual Server; as you are discovering it can upset load balancing when there are only a few sources (your Apache servers). BTW, what LB method are you using for the Weblogic servers? - KJ_50941

for Weblogic and apache we are using least conn( nodes). what is the best seclection. - What_Lies_Bene1

I'd say that's a good choice as long as the Apache to Weblogic connections are short lived which I'm sure they will be. So, are you able to remove the Weblogic Virtual Server persistence?
