F5 in Azure - VM Nodes default Routes/Monitoring

F5 in Azure and Azure VM Nodes Routes and monitoring I setup single nic F5 in Azure. I have two VM in the backed, in the VM NSG I allowed 80,443, 8 and 7 ports. I added the private IP of the VM to F5 for monitoring . I cannot ping form F5 CLI the private or public IP of VM.

 

I have enabled ICMP on the VM : netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="ICMP Allow incoming V4 echo request" dir=in action=allow enable=yes protocol=icmpv4:8,any

 

What would be the default routes i need to add to F5 to reach. ?
