F5 iApp and ADFS 4.0 - where is the source targets ip? (clientip) or x-forwarded-for?

Currently I am using the newest RC7 for the microsoft adfs iapp. Our adfs server is running adfs 4.0. This all works fine except all of my logs reflect the source IP's as the F5 and not of the client. In its current configuration we are ssl offloading and sending the x-forwarded-for. I am not sure where this info would show up on the ADFS server so I cannot even verify if it is sending that value or not. Could use some basic help with how to get the client ip in the ADFS logs.
