F5 GTM(DNS) Code upgrade procedure from 10.2.3 to 11.x

Hello, I'm planning to do the code upgrade from 10.2.3 to 11.x or 12.x on our GTM(DNS). Can you guys please let me know the procedure(Steps) to do the same?

Don't forget the remove GTM SYNC before upgrading :)

For GTM you can not go with 12.x.x directly from 10.2.4, you need to go there via upgrading to intermediate version. 11.x.x It is better to use one of the latest 11.5.5 or 11.6.3 in order to avoid potential bug in the earlier versions.
