F5 BigIP VE implementation for multiple subnets on AWS

I am new to F5 LTM implementation. I am trying to set Big IP F5 LTM on AWS cloud and I have the luxury of using only 3 ENIs (because of the instance type restrictions :)). But I have server pools to be created in multiple subnets (> 5), can I do it if yes please share some links to the deployment guides. If not is the only way to do this is by having separate ENIs for each subnets?
