If the memory used too high? - what's in the other logs (/var/log/*) just before "Oct 28 17:08"?

i don't see any suspicious in log above. usually i checked /var/log/ltm, /var/log/tmm, /var/log/kern.log and /var/core for core file(s).
anyway, i recommend opening a support case and provide them qkview, /var/log, /var/rrd, sccp log. i guess unit is running 9.1.2. - hority_37041

YES,It is running 9.1.2.69,have you ever encountered these problems? - nitass

have you ever encountered these problems?i think your log is after the rebooting. there are a number of possible reason for unexpected rebooting. i recommend checking the files i have mentioned or opening a support ticket. support engineer should be able to help you find the root cause if it is possible.
cheer!
