F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition for AWS 200Mbps Hourly (Best)-Licence Link Controler

I launch an instance in a AWS Marketplace of F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition for AWS 200Mbps Hourly (Best). I'm trying to load balace two links of diferents ISP but to do this i need Link Controler, in the provisioning LC appears unlicenced, how i do to licenced this module of LC?

    I think you can use LTM, configure a standard pool, and place the next hop IPs of the two ISPs in the pool, and configure your load balancing algorithm of choice. You then use this pool as the pool for a fastL4 virtual that listens for 0.0.0.0 all ports (all protocols too). this should take care of basic LB needs. I'll leave it for someone else to comment about link controller.
