F5 Big-IP 6900 10.2.4 loading alert.conf

Hello , I have made changes in existing alert.conf file and replaced that with new file using WinSCP . But I cant find command to load the new file for loading sys config i understand command is "tmsh load sys config " I have tried "bigstart restart alertd" but no sucess . Please advise

    amit,

     

    After amending the alert.conf file and to restart the alertd daemon type the cmd "bigstart restart alertd" (no quotes).

     

    "tmsh load sys config" loads the whole config - not required here.

     

    Hope this clears it up.

    Thanks for reply , I have placed the command "bigstart restart alertd" it doesnt gives any error or sucess status how will i know its loaded Regards Amit
