Have you reviewed the Deployment Guide for XenApp available here: http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/xenapp-xendesktop-iapp-dg.pdf

 

 

If so, please advise which parts of it are unclear with respect to your deployment. Also, please clarify what you mean by saying that there is "no XML Broker". XMl broker is the integral part of XenApp deployment, I am not sure I understand how your environment functions without it. Thanks.
