Not all the features of LTM are in Advanced WAF. From my understanding it is also dependent up the version of software you are running.

 

In 13.1.0.1 only three load balancing methods were supported. Round Robin, Ratio(Member), and Ratio(Node).

 

There was also a limitation on the number of pool members.

 

In 13.1.0.2 the pool member limitation was removed and additional load balancing methods were supported.
