F5 Azure - Throughput Issue

hi all - i have an F5 - deployed in Azure - when i try and load pages that have big js files - i get max download speed of 25Xk 19.7M 0 0 259k and when i go directly to backend server - its MBs

 

any one has experienced this in Azure -- and how can i check these restrictions this is what licence ooks like

 

perf_VE_throughput_Mbps [10] Virtual Edition maximum throughput perf_VE_throughput_pps [1] Virtual Edition maximum pkt/second perf_http_compression_Mbps [unlimited] HTTP Compression perf_max_throughput_Mbps [1] BigIP Maximum throughput

    i believe something failed in your layout.

     

    what exactly is the difference?

     

    you have a 10mbps throughput limit on that license. probably lab edition?

     

    you made any changes to TCP settings or just generic virtual server?
