F5 APM Client Proxy Settings vs GPO

Is there precedence what will browser use to set auto script destination? For example, I have enabled "Client Proxy Settings" with "Client Proxy Autoconfig Script" and if GPO is pushed with different auto script configuration what will be resulting browser setting?

 

The scenario we have is VPN clients with network profile that is set in a manner I explained above. There is planned new proxy infrastructure rollout and we want to have selective user testing trough GPOs with no change to current VPN network access client settings.
