3. Apm verification user with active directory and google authenticator
4. Success verification and access will permit

Yes. The SWG module can be used to perform this if you need only authentication, but do not require full L7 inspection of your user traffic:

The SSL Orchestrator module can also be used to perform this function if you require both authentication and full L7 inspection (and can install an internal CA to your clients).
