F5 and VMWare View Broker

Sounds like you need to configure the "External URL" setting on each View broker to be the DNS name associated with your virtual server on the LTM. Once you have the external URL setup on the brokers you'll also need to use something along the lines of simple/source address persistence if you're not doing the ssl offload because LTM won't be able to see the session IDs and enter them in the persistence table. View brokers and security servers don't share session state, so if one fails and the connection is sent to the next available broker then the user will likely have to login again and open a new desktop connection. Depending on how you have your View deployment configured your user could be able to reconnect to the desktop VM and then resume the task where he or she left off when the connection closed.
