F5 Add On Module
I can see from product matrix that 2000s supports dual products like ( LTM+ASM ) , but it is mentioned that “LTM is required as entry point for dual products , so the question is :
If I have ASM , will I be able to add ASM LIC later ? because I know that opposite is possible ( if LTM I will be able to add ASM later )

That statement would suggest you must have LTM to start with and can't run ASM standalone. Where did it come from?
This suggests you can run standalone products on the 2000s: http://support.f5.com/content/dam/f5/kb/global/solutions/sol10288_images.html/big-ip-product-matrix.pdf
I think the standalone products actually have LTM anyway, you just can't configure it directly unless you license it.
So, to summarise, the answer to your question is yes BUT, for any combination of two licensed modules, one must be LTM.

I'd talk with your F5 or partner account team about this as there have been some recent improvements with the module combinations available.
