F5 AAM - Cache invalidation

Any Chance that someone has managed to mimic the varnish method for invalidating individual cached content in AAM?

Basically I want to be able to offer this to internal clients who use drupal 7 content management system, and I dont want to change the clientside application, so they can just use the https://drupal.org/project/expire module, and it just works.
