f5 6900 FIPS version upgrade v10.2.4 to v11.6.2

Hi Experts,

We have devices running in old code v10.2.4 and need to upgrade to v11.6.2.

these device has inbuilt HSM(FIPS) and keys are stored in FIPS.

Do we need to take any additional steps in upgrade procedure if the keys are in FIPS.

I have gone through F5 upgrade manuals but could not find anything for FIPS.
