F5 + VMWARE AUTOMAITON

i got a problem，how can i use icall or icontrol or whatever to connect with vmware,What I want to achieve is: when ltm pool member's active connections over 500; then F5 tell vcenter to reboot a vm and add in the pool~~ does anyone have a script or ideal to resolve my problem ?? thanks！！！
