exporting LTM configuration

The short answer is that you can't. The somewhat less short answer is that you might be able to import the configuration into excel by using a single configuration file. This is a text file containing your configuration and can be read about here:

Note that this will not work with a version 11 configuration, only versions 9 and 10.
