Exporting Custom Monitors
How can you export current monitors that are running to a file to be able to import them onto a different network? We have secondary F5 that we want to have the same virtual servers, classes, pools etc as the primary. We have a script that can export all of that information out for each virtual server, but Im not sure where the custom monitors are saved in the filesystem to be able to export those as well.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!!!

A customized built-in monitor is stored in the bigip.conf config file. External/scripted monitors are usually stored in the /config/monitors folder. Scripts in this folder should be automatically saved when archiving a configuration.

do you mean external monitor?
if yes, can you check filestore?
e.g.
[root@ve11a:Active:In Sync] config ls -l /config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/external_monitor_d/ total 8 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 28 Nov 16 16:57 :Common:arg_example_14225_1 -> /config/monitors/arg_example lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 31 Nov 16 16:57 :Common:sample_monitor_14227_1 -> /config/monitors/sample_monitor
