Exported Policy will not import

I have created a policy in the web accelerator.

 

 

I tried to publish it and i get a tomcat error.

 

 

I then tried to export it to xml, delete and import and it will not reimport.

 

 

Does anyone have any guidance on this?

 

 

I am using 'BIG-IP 9.4.2 Build 228.18 Final'

    What is the name of the policy? Does it contain any non-standard characters? If so, try removing them.

    I have seen that issue before in 9.4.2, I think. It has to do with a malformed version string in the XML file that is exported. There is a workaround or two, but I don't have them in front of me. I will look around for it. I suggest that you look on AskF5 too.

     

     

    What caused you to export the policy and then re-import?

     

     

    Can you open a case with F5 support and let them know that you are having this issue.
