Exchange_Server_Error_[23297]

Hi,

I am getting an error on F5 Log and sys log server "tmm1[23297]:012220001:3: TCL error:_plugin_rule_/common/SMTP_EXCH2010_Single_nt - attempt to use empty persistense key (ling 16) invoked from within "persist uie" $tmm_ntlm_p"

I am getting this Error multiple time in a day.

Is, this error occur because of iApp templates. But we are not using iApp feature in you box. So, there is no consent of iApp template that we are having older version in you box.

Could, you please guide me how can I resolve.
