EV_INGRESS_DATA during ST_HTTP_PREPEND_HEADERS

Hi all,   I am getting EV_INGRESS_DATA during ST_HTTP_PREPEND_HEADERS errors on a VIP I just created. When I remove the HTTP profile from the VIP it all works fine. We are running BIG-IP 10.2.2...
