EUD test passed, but disk boot not detected - 4000 Series

Hi, My BIGIP 4000 Series not detect boot but all EUD test have been passed. The 17 File System test wasnt shown to me. Is it normal? I've try to reinstall image with usb thumb too, but the message disk is not present is displayed. I'll open RMA case, has something that I forgot to try or do? Tks.

    if hard disk is not detected, i think rma will be approved anyway. :)
