Sounds like an issue with iQuery or something. Maybe incompatible versions.

In either case, I would go through all of the troubleshooting steps:

If you still have issues, I would open a support ticket with F5 Support. One can usually find an interesting bug with BIGIQ when it comes to certain corner cases. On that note, make sure you have the latest version! 🙂
