Error when trying to run ConfigSync

I have two BIG-IP 3600s that I'm trying to setup for HA. I have configured the first device and I'm trying to sync the config using ConfigSync to the second device. I have tried using "sync TO peer" ...

Those commands give me this error: Syntax Error: "/cm" unexpected argument. I can't find the equivalent commands in the version 10.2 tmos reference guide.

 

I am running 10.2.4, is that why those commands don't work?
