how to fix below error Error Message: 01070333:3: virtual server illegally shares destination address, source address, and service port with virtual server ?

Have you checked if there's a matching virtual server/address already configured?

Could you please help us, as we do face the same scenario in our infra now.
Please provide the resolution, as we are unable to establish the tunnel.
Did you check the virtual address config? Sometimes there are left over addresses if virtual servers has been deleted through the config files.
Go to Local Traffic, then Virtual Servers. There you have the address tab.
Make sure you're in the All partition if you are using partitions.
You can also export the configuration as an scf and search through it for the IP address.
