Error exporting APM Profile

Hello, I'm trying to export an existing APM profile so that it can be installed on another device. This is something that I've done many times witch no issue. But now, when I try to export this message is shown on screen:

 

tmsh list apm policy agent logging Common/Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag has returned apm policy agent logging Common/Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag { log-message "ERROR: PROCESO PERTENENCIA GRUPO TELETRABAJO ------> RECHAZADO: El usuario no pertenece a ningun grupo de teletrabajo Unificado. Observar detalles descriptivos para diagnosticar la causa." variables { { session-var session.ldap.last.attr.userPrincipalName } { session-var session.ldap.last.attr.cn } { session-var session.ldap.last.attr.memberOf } } }

 

This is something regarding a logging message, but I don't know what's going wrong with that message. How can I know? Is there any file where I can get extra details? The APM is running version 11.3 HF7 ENG5

  • Actually, this command fails from the cli: tmsh list apm policy agent logging Common/Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag 01020036:3: The requested unknown (/Common/Common/Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag) was not found.

     

    If you type /Common/Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag or just Acceso_Teletrabajo_PC_act_logging_ag without the partition it works
