Enterprise Manager (EM) CLI configuration

Hey guys,     how do I add devices I want to manage via the command line?     I have TONS.... and doing them through the gui is not fun. I want to use one of the ones I have already added...

Also, is there a reason you can't use discovery to add the new devices? Or is it more the configuration after the device has been added that's laborious to do via the GUI?
