end user latency and connection quality
I have come across the issue on several occasions where an end user complains about the performance of XenDesktop and swears up and down that it is not their network (usually home network) since they can browse websites. I am looking for some suggestions on ways I can log and monitor connections and report on latency/connection quality.
The users access their XenDekstop via APM and published via Storefront. It would be nice to monitor end to end but I am certain the issue is between the end user and the apm.
