Dual Webtop XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop 5.6

I have a logon fail... that may be the reason... but why it doesn't parse the credentials why with XenApp, it does?

 

 

You get Logon fail on the APM or on the XenDesktop side? Can you please clarify the exact error and where it is displayed?
