NimbostratusDownload speed reduced after upgrading to 13.1.1
Hello guys,
I've upgraded our BIG-IP 2000s from version 12.1.3 to version 13.1.1 and after the upgrade, the download speed from our FTP server degraded from 3-4 Mbit/s to 120Kbit/s. I reverted the upgrade and the download speed went back to 3-4Mbit/s. I reinstalled version 13.1.1 again and again the download speed went down to 120 Kbit/s.
Nothing else changed, only did the upgrade. Also tried different TCP profiles after the upgrade but it didn't change anything.

btw: I wanted to open a service request but it keeps saying "This serial number is unavailable for use"...

Hi Daniel,
First of contact F5 about your your problem "This serial number is unavailable for use":
send an email at SupportOne@ and ask them why you can not open a ticket with your serial Number.
I think that you don't have right to open a ticket your email and this serial number. Ask to SupportOne@ to allow you to open a ticket with this serial. I do it regularly for my clients and it takes no more than a day.
Second point, did you try to disable nagle algo in TCP profile?
