Double stored record in RAMCache

Hi all. I’m using a webaccelerator profile related to a VirtualServer to execute caching of some files. The problem is some times multiple caching of same file is executed. This double storage for every record cached, determines a waste of memory assigned to the ramcache Do you know the reason of this strange behavior? Follow there is an output of the ramcache command :
