We have problem with our partitions when one partition GOES down we want client does not disconnect and automaticlay it connections tranferes to the next available partition

Partitions do not have an up/down status?
An administrative partition is a logical container that you create, containing a defined set of BIG-IP® system objects.
Partitions are used to logically separate configuration. Do you mean something other than partition in your question?

If you want the F5 to immediately send the connection to a new available pool member should a pool member become unavailable, you can use the "service-down-action" (action on service down) feature.
modify ltm pool service-down-action reset
