Does 11.5.2 include Bug Fixes from any 11.5.0 and 11.5.1 Hotfixes?
The 11.5.2 Release notes do not mention that any 11.5.x Hotfixes were rolled into the release. I assume they were, but only ~150 Bug IDs are listed as "Fixed" (over 11.5.0 Base) whereas 11.5.1 HF8 includes over 600 Bug IDs (over 11.5.0 Base).

It looks to me, from existing documentation, that 11.5.2 should notionally be a different release, even though it might just incorporate those hotfixes only. It is a necessary release because 11.5.1 alone causes stability issues for anyone upgrading from a previous release to 11.5.1.

all fixes in 11.5.1 hf8 except one (ID496849-4) are included in 11.5.2.
