DOA replacement

Good afternoon, Our engineer was busy to install a new unit. This units gave problems form the beginning. We need a replacement part as soon as possible. We have to install the unit with our customer tuesday (18-2-14) next week. Can someone tell us how it can be arranged to get another unit asap. Problem description: Unit gave problems from the beginning but we managed to install software on different partitions and some basic configurations only. This morning the new BIG-IP 2000 does not bootup correctly. We tried diferrent boot partitions. Try following up SOL1311 (Performing clean installation), but that ended in ATA bus error.
