DNS behind F5

I am trying to update a zone on a new DNS server behind the F5. It looks like the DNS server behind the F5 is picking up the internal IP of the F5 and is trying to respond back to the F5 instead of the true zone sender which is in a separate network in a different location. What am I missing?
