disable pool when one member drops

You can disable the corresponding virtual server instead of disabling a pool.

Can look at Pool Priority Groups.

If you setup one group, priority group 1 and set minimum number to half the pool size.

However I have not tested this so not sure if the last priority group will ignore the minimum number or if it will mark the pool down or unavailable.
