Have a question from our windows support group where they want to break out a service (FTP) from a server and have it hosted on another server.

Nimbostratuscurrently not going through the F5 at all. All users go directly to the server. So from what you indicate i set up a wildcard virtual server on the F5 and change the dns for that server to point to the F5 VIP. Then I can create a new VIP with FTP and have it go to a different pool (which is their new FTP server).
Seems straightforward.. now to go do it. thanks.
