Are your users currently pointing to a wildcard virtual server? Or just passing through the F5 to get to the IP that the hostname references?

 

 

If they are going to a wildcard vip, you can just create a new vip on that same IP address with the FTP port specified, and point that vip to a different pool with the other server.
