EmployeeIt doesn't affect it in the slightest. The HA keepalive is UDP traffic. As long it gets to the other end, it doesn't care what physical layer was involved in getting there
In addition, the base configuration is (or can be) unique to each box - you could even have the same vlan using different interfaces, and they would still sync quite happily, as only the shared configuration (which excludes the vlan definitions) is synchronised.
