Deploy iapp oracle_ebs Big-IP LTM v11.4

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to implement through a iapp oracle-ebs, but it has given me problems with the method of persistence, the recommendation is to use cookie and if this fails use source address, configure it so but persistence establishes by source address, the first choice (cookie) fails.

Any suggestions will be welcome
