For reseting the config see https://clouddocs.f5.com/products/extensions/f5-declarative-onboarding/latest/troubleshooting.html

Outside of that see the /var/log/restnoded/restnoded.log as it may have hints and also see discussion if it helps as if you see error better open an issue in the github:
