We are observing a peculiar problem wherein for some specific clients there is a connection timeout. This behaviour is random too. How do I debug this problem. Irule could help i guess. vserver is a standard one with http profile enabled. I found this link http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm-implementations-11-1-0/19.html but unfortunately I dont see Local Traffic > Profiles > Other > Request Logging option. Any inputs appreciated. thanks

by the way, i think tcpdump may be helpful. - What_Lies_Bene1

I'd agree with Nitass, a tcpdump on the F5, filtering based on one of the known issue clients would be ideal here. If you need any help with syntax or running a capture in the backgroup, post back. - RK_75521

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, we do not have SNAT defined. That is SNAT POOL is set to auto map as our default gateway is not F5. Hence tcpdump may not be of use here.
And we are running version 10.2.2 - What_Lies_Bene1

It doesn't matter if you're not using SNAT, probably makes it easier!
