DDoS Layer 7 and Web Scraping Tools for Testing

Dear Team,   Which is the recommended tool for testing DDoS Layer 7 applied on HTTPS Virtual Server? I have not found a tool for Web Scraping.   Any suggestions?   Kind Regards,   SM

Options for tools are HTTrack, Burpsuite and OWASP ZAP - i think all have that functionality.
