Client is getting connection timeout error while connecting to db. Setup is as below

CirrusIdle timeout of 30 min should keep the connection going for some time, how frequent is the connection failing and on what interval.
You could suspect the firewalls as well. Capture packets end to end, it will tell you the problem.
