Customizing login using WebDAV on Firepass

Hi all, Was wondering if anyone had experience customizing Firepass login page using WebDAV.

 

 

I ran into an issue: I have the index.htm coded in the \sandbox directory and I am using

 

 

FORM method=post name=fm action="/my.activation.php3" autocomplete="off"

 

 

As the form action.

 

 

The customized login page looks fine when I connect to Firepass but when I login, Firepass complains that my session has timed out and redirects me to the default login page (not the customized one I created). If I login again with same credentials on this page, login succeeds.

 

 

So, I am wondering if the POST action on my index.htm is correct? Maybe I should post to another URL?
