Customizing APM Logon Page | Header Title + Favicon

I'm trying to customize a logon page for APM and I'm desperately looking for a way to enter a header title. (see screenshot below, red area)

 

The only thing that I could find is the "form header title", which is the wrong one (Secure Logon for F5 Networks).

 

Also, I would like to add a 2nd logo (blue area) into the header - is this possible with the general/advanced customization, or does it require manual adjustments?

 

Also, is there any possibility to set a favicon via GUI, or does it require adjustments somewhere else?
