The version from a 9.4.7 unit is 1.10:

You can remove the IPv6 prefix in your script using 'sed', as in the sample from the article you linked:

 

 

remove IPv6/IPv4 compatibility prefix (LTM passes addresses in IPv6 format)

 

IP=`echo ${1} | sed 's/::ffff://'`
